A Gut Moed.....

B"H
A Guten Moied Dear Kinderlach Sheyichye :)
BARUCH HASHEM HATOIV VEHAMAITIV - GAM ZU LETOIVOH- AND YEHUAS HAHEM WILL COME IN THE BLINK OF A EYE :)
WHAT IS CLEAR AND FOR SURE IS THAT HASHEM WILL SEND HIS HELP VERY QUICKLY AND WILL BRING ME HOME TO YOU :)
WE HAVE BITACHOIN IN HASHEM IN OUR TIME OF NEED AND HASHEM ANSWERS OUR TEFILLOIS,
WE HAVE SPOKEN MANY TIMES THAT BITACHOIN IN HASHEM MEANS EVEN WHEN THE PERSON DOES NOT HAVE ANY WAY IN NATURE WHAT HE CAN DO TO HAVE HELP, AND STILL THE YID HAS BITACHOIN AND MENUCHAS HANEFESH BECAUSE HASHEM IS HIGHER HIGHER THAN THE ORDER IN NATURE AND NOT LIMITED CHAS VESHOLOM, SO WHAT DIFFRENCE DOES IT MAKE WETHER THERE IS A WAY IN NATURE TO BE HELPED, WE STAY FOCUSED AND SURE IN OUR BITACHOIN ONLY IN HASHEM WHO WILL HELP NOW :)
i want to share with you a story the happened here today,
it was raining very much today and then it became foggy which means everybody is locked in the unit and that means we could not be in the sukkoh. although they allow to go out and eat supper, But that was around six oclock and that would not help for making Havadalah! i tried to speak to a lt about allowing to make havdalah at 7.30 but he just ignored me, telling me to eat and go to the unit. sitting in the sukkoh a officer cam over to me and asked me somthing and then when i asked him about 7.30, he said that the fog seemed to be lifting and if it cleared they would open at 7.30. and then he added,
IT IS ALL IN G-DS HANDS and i said THAT IS IN THE ONLY HANDS I WANT TO BE :) THAT IS THE BEST HANDS TO BE IN :)
And what happened was that the Fog Did begin to clear between 6.30 and 7.30 and the doors were opened at 7.25 where we could make Havadalah !:) and guess what ! after Havdalah the fog came right back ! its just i answered,
BEING IN G-DS HANDS IS THE ONLY HANDS I WANT TO BE IN, AND HASHEM WILL TAKE ME BY MY HANDS AND PULL ME OUT OF THE PIT I AM IN AND BRING ME HOME RIGHT AWAY, AND TODAY THIS IS FOR SURE !
AS DOVID HAMELECH SAYS HASHLAICH AL HASHEM YEHIVCHO VEHU YEKALKELECHO !
AND IT SAYS THAT WORLD "YEKALKELECHO" IS ALSO FROM THE WORD A "KELI"
WHICH MEANS THAT WHEN WE THROW OUR "PEKEL" OUR TZOIROIS ON HASHEM AND ONLY LOOK TO HASHEM FOR HIS HELP THEN HASHEM HIMSELF MAKES THE KELI FOR WHICH THE HELP WILL COME,
all we were asking for from the human justice was to allow ourselves to be Heard,
as should be allowed in a civilised scociety,
but it would not allow even to hear the arguments of a failure in their system,
for the denial of a fair trial of a citizen,
this was asked for by the Public and many prosffesinals !
also we were asking for a explanation for the extreme and unsuual harsh punishment since no reason was given before,
but shockingly there is a silence,
a amazing lesson in what the posuk says
"Al Tivtechu Bendivim Beven Odom..." Because from there is NO HELP
we made the "Keilim" as HASHEM wanted us to make,
and HASHEM wants to show how whatever we put our trsut in before,
even if only a little bit was all a mistake !
and NOW WE CAN GO TO WHAT THE HAILIKE RUSHINER SAID ON KAPITAL YUD GIMMEL
THAT THERE CAN BE A HESTER PONIM FROM HASHEM ONLY AS LONG AS THERE IS "AITZOIS BENAFSHI"
AS LONG AS WE THOUGHT WE HAD SOME IDEAS OF WHERE TO LOOK FOR HELP,
THERE COULD BE A HIDING CHAS VESHOLOM
BUT NOW THAT WE SEE THERE IS NO MORE AITZOIS THERE IS MORE IDEAS
THEN SAYS DOVID HAMELECH,
THERE CAN BE NO MORE HESTER PONIM,
AND HASHEM WILL REVEAL HIMSELF TO ALL OUR TEFILLOIS AND MITZVOIS AND AHAVAS YISROEL AND ACHDUS YISROEL,
HASHEM HEARS WHAT WE ASK FOR AND HASHEM IS TACHLIS HATOIV AND HE HIMSELF WLL MAKE THE KELI TO BRING THE GEULOH PROTI I NEED AND THE GEULAH KLOLI WE ALL NEED NOW WITH MOSHIACH TZIDKAINU
BEAHAVA RABOH
BESIMCHA GEDOILOH
BESUROIS TOIVOIS
DIDAN NOTZACH
tatty :)
ps there was a short time to type this so BEEZRAS HASHEM i will type more tommorow
GO DANCE SIMCHOIS BAIS HASHOIEVOH AND BEEZRAS HASHEM I WILL JOIN YOU ALSO :)

Court Rejects Rubashkin Appeal

IOWA CITY -- The U.S. Supreme Court declined Monday to review a 27-year prison term given to a former kosher slaughterhouse executive convicted of financial fraud following a huge immigration raid at an Iowa meatpacking plant.

Without comment, justices declined to consider an appeal filed by former Agriprocessors Inc. vice president Sholom Rubashkin as they opened their new term. The decision lets stand Rubashkin's conviction on 86 counts of financial misconduct and a prison term that could lock up the 52-year-old for the rest of his life.

Rubashkin was convicted in 2009. His arrest came after federal immigration authorities raided the plant and arrested 389 illegal immigrants in 2008.

Rubashkin had argued that U.S. District Judge Linda Reade, who presided over his trial, could not be impartial because records showed she met with investigators to plan the logistics of the immigration raid.
He also argued his prison term was too long for a first-time, nonviolent offender.

Rubashkin hired Paul Clement, a top Washington lawyer and former solicitor general under President George W. Bush, to pursue the appeal, which the American Civil Liberties Union, a group of former attorneys general and other legal experts also supported. Clement's office didn't immediately return a phone message.

"This is a sad day for justice in America," said Des Moines attorneyGuy Cook, who represented Rubashkin at trial and is still involved in his defense. "It is remarkable the Court would ignore the many briefs submitted by a cross section of legal experts urging the court to review the case."

In urging justices to deny the appeal, the Office of the Solicitor General argued Rubashkin failed to prove that Reade should have recused herself or that he suffered any actual bias as a result. Reade has said that she was never informed who the target of the raid would be or where it would take place. Instead, she was involved in bringing in enough judges and court staff to have hearings at an offsite location, the National Cattle Congress in Waterloo, which was used because of the large number of defendants.
The solicitor general's office also noted that Rubashkin's sentence was within advisory guidelines.

The 8th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the conviction and sentence last year.
