May G-d Almighty bless Sholom Mordechai halevi ben Rivka with a successful year and a year of justice!
Please pray for his case on this special day. The efforts to get justice continue in full force and your tefillos are still very much needed.
His new chapter in Tehillim is now kapital 57, in which it states "Be gracious to me, O G-d, be gracious to me, because my soul took refuge in You, and in the shadow of Your wings I will take refuge until the destruction passes."

Shabbos Before Sukkois :)

We are the 4 Days between Yoim Kippur And Sukkois and Erev Shabbos Shiras Haazinu,
Even though there is not much time to write before shabbos, i want to Join with you with the Parsha,
and BEEZRAS HASHEM to Physically join Join you for this Shabbos and this Sukkois Haboh Olainu Letoivah :)
BARUCH HASHEM We were able to daven with a Minyan ALL the 5 Tefillois on Yoim Kippur,
The Head chaplain Rabbi Richter with Alef Arranged for 2 wonderfull Bocurim to come and Daven with us :)
And we davened to HASHEM YISBORAICH for a REVEALED GOOD YEAR WITH A GMAR CHASIMOH TOIVOH :)
There is a awesome story with the Holy RAMBA"N and one of his Talmidim on Parshas Haazinu.
One of His Talmidim by the name of "Avner" Suddenly Left him and Yiddishkeit for no Apparent Reason,
He went on in life and aquired Great Physical wealth and became a Governer of the Area where the Ramban Lived.
One Year On Yoim Kippur, The Governer "Avner" Summoned the Ramban to his pallace.
The Ramban had no choice but to come, and when he Arrived, Avner Commanded the Ramban to Watch him,
as he Brazenly Killed a Pig, Cooked it and ate it, and then Proceeded to ask his former Teacher,
to tell him the Number of Sins Did He Just Did!
The Ramban answerd him the Number of sins (i Think it was 6 Sins) But Avner Brazenly Argued he Violated more Sins than that, (Either to show his Callousness to doing a Avairoh or to enter in a disscusion with the Ramban on this!)
The Ramban was Horrifed and instead of going into a talmudic Explanation to prove the number of sins he said was correct,
He Asked Avner "WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU? WHAT ARE YOU DOING?"
Avner Said that one day when he was learning in a Shiur with the Ramban,
The Ramban Said something that to was Impposibble, and so he decided that if the Ramban is Saying things that make No Sense to him on this issue, then the same is for the other things his teacher is saying to him is not to be belived and so he left, went into buisness, and succeeded to become very wealthy and Bought his way into power!
The Ramban asked Avner "What is it that You Heard me say that day?"
Avener Said "You said that the WHOLE Creation with everything that Happnes in it, is to be found in parshas Haazinu!
This sounded to me as Immpossible!
How could the WHOLE Creation and everything in it and Everything that Happnes found in a Parsha of 43 Pesukim!??
Surely This must be a Mistake in what you said!
The Ramban Said "I did NOT Make a Exageration and I Say the same thing Right Now,
EVERYTHING IN THIS CREATION AND EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENS IS TO BE FOUND IN SHIRAS HAZINU!"
Avner Became Excited and Said "If this True, Then Tell me where is My Name found in Shiras Haazinu!?
The Ramaban turned to wall and Davened to HASHEM YISBORAICH to help him find "Avner" in Parshas Haazinu,
And then he Turned Around to his Former Talmid and Said;
"Your Name is in the 26th Posuk of Shiras Hazinu! the posuk has 5 words; (Please Take a Chumosh to see it inside:)
"Omarti Afaihem Ashbisoh Me'Eretz..." -I Said, I Will Scatter Them, Causing their Memory to cease from mankind-
The 3rd letter of Each Word Spell "Raish, Alef, Vais, Nun, Raish" Which Spells "Reb Avner"
Your name is Right there!"
Avner was Thunderstruck and Became Pale with Fright and his whole basis of his Life came crashing Down,
How could he Have doubted his Revered Rebi and now he wanted to do Teshuvah,
So He Cried to his Rebi and ask him how could he Fix and Atone for all the Sins that he did!?
The Ramban Said "The Posuk Itself Tells of you and of Your Tikun!
You need to Leave Everything you have Behind and leave so that your memory with Cease from mankind!"
Reb Avner Did teshuvah, he Left All his riches and power, and Sailed away on a Ship into the Ocean,
never to be heard of again!
i was by a Farbrengen one Year when the Rebbe Said over this Story, and Noted that HASHEM YISBORAICH put a "Rais" in Front of His name For REB Avner!
This Emphasizes the Power of Teshuvah, No matter How Low he could have Fallen to do what he did on that Day,
with the Koiach of Teshuvah, he became REB avner,
Reb Avner Recieved Smicha from HASHEM YISBORAICH HIMSELF IN HIS TOIRAH
Not Only does the Toirah Write what Will Happen to Every Person,
The Toirah Also Writes the way the person will be able to correct any Mistake he Made!
To a Level where the Toirah Says he is REB Avner :)
This is a powerfull lesson for us in what we are able to Accomplish Thru Teshuvah :)
Teshuvah Literaly means "To Return"
The Essence of Every Yid is his NESHOMOH from HASHEM and All we need to do is to "Return" to our REAL BEING,
And be who we really are! :)

when The Rebe Rayatz went into Fathers Room, and Asked His Father the Rebbe Rashab;
Now that Yoim Kippur is Over, what does our Avoidah Need to be?
The Rabbe Rashab Answered him; "Yetzt Darf Mehn Ersht Teshuvah Tohn" -Now we need do Teshuvah-
But what does Pratically mean?
The Following explanation from the Rebbe could be used to Explain this Story;
The Yoim Toiv of Sukkois comes after the Avoidah of the Aseres Ymai Teshuvah.
In the 10 Days of Teshuvah, there is
1.The 2 Days of Roish Hashonoh, 2. The Day of Yoim Kippur, And 3. 7 Days Between Roish Hashonoh and Yoim Kippur,
And All these 3 Inyonim are Tied to the Yoim Toiv of Sukkois :)
Roish Hashonoh; in the Word "Schach" that we put on the Sukkoh,
there are 3 Letters, The Samach, the Chof and Another the Chof,
Samech is 60 which is for the 60 Tekiyois,
Chof is 20 for the Twenty Shevorim And Twenty Teruois, From the 100 Sounds that we Blow on Roish Hashonoh,
Yoim Kippur; The Main Avoidah of Yoim Kippur is the "Anan Haktoires" the Cloud of Ketoires that covered the Kapoires,
And its Explain from the "Anan Haktoiras" come forth the "Ananai Hakovoid" Which is the Inyan of sukkois
The Seven Days Between Roish Hashonoh and Yoim Kippur;
The Same way the Seven Days Between Roish Hashonoh and Yoim Kippur,

i want to share with you a story the happened here today,
it was raining very much today and then it became foggy which means everybody is locked in the unit and that means we could not be in the sukkoh. although they allow to go out and eat supper, But that was around six oclock and that would not help for making Havadalah! i tried to speak to a lt about allowing to make havdalah at 7.30 but he just ignored me, telling me to eat and go to the unit. sitting in the sukkoh a officer cam over to me and asked me somthing and then when i asked him about 7.30, he said that the fog seemed to be lifting and if it cleared they would open at 7.30. and then he added,
IT IS ALL IN G-DS HANDS and i said THAT IS IN THE ONLY HANDS I WANT TO BE :) THAT IS THE BEST HANDS TO BE IN :)
And what happened was that the Fog Did begin to clear between 6.30 and 7.30 and the doors were opened at 7.25 where we could make Havadalah !:) and guess what ! after Havdalah the fog came right back ! its just i answered,

Court Rejects Rubashkin Appeal

IOWA CITY -- The U.S. Supreme Court declined Monday to review a 27-year prison term given to a former kosher slaughterhouse executive convicted of financial fraud following a huge immigration raid at an Iowa meatpacking plant.
Without comment, justices declined to consider an appeal filed by former Agriprocessors Inc. vice president Sholom Rubashkin as they opened their new term. The decision lets stand Rubashkin's conviction on 86 counts of financial misconduct and a prison term that could lock up the 52-year-old for the rest of his life.
Rubashkin was convicted in 2009. His arrest came after federal immigration authorities raided the plant and arrested 389 illegal immigrants in 2008.
Rubashkin had argued that U.S. District Judge Linda Reade, who presided over his trial, could not be impartial because records showed she met with investigators to plan the logistics of the immigration raid.
He also argued his prison term was too long for a first-time, nonviolent offender.
Rubashkin hired Paul Clement, a top Washington lawyer and former solicitor general under President George W. Bush, to pursue the appeal, which the American Civil Liberties Union, a group of former attorneys general and other legal experts also supported. Clement's office didn't immediately return a phone message.
"This is a sad day for justice in America," said Des Moines attorneyGuy Cook, who represented Rubashkin at trial and is still involved in his defense. "It is remarkable the Court would ignore the many briefs submitted by a cross section of legal experts urging the court to review the case."
In urging justices to deny the appeal, the Office of the Solicitor General argued Rubashkin failed to prove that Reade should have recused herself or that he suffered any actual bias as a result. Reade has said that she was never informed who the target of the raid would be or where it would take place. Instead, she was involved in bringing in enough judges and court staff to have hearings at an offsite location, the National Cattle Congress in Waterloo, which was used because of the large number of defendants.
The solicitor general's office also noted that Rubashkin's sentence was within advisory guidelines.
The 8th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the conviction and sentence last year.
